10.0Curatenie, foarte bun pentru tranzit, parcare in fata imobilului. Dotata cu tot ce trebuie.
− Un pic cam ciudat împartita, cu diferente de nivel intre camere. Baia nu are cada de dus. Toate astea nu ii scade scorul. La pretul asta este excelent daca vrei sa rupi in doua un drum spre Grecia sau litoralul bulgaresc
