10.0We had a fantastic winter stay! The accommodation was very comfortable and perfectly suited for our group of 10 people. It was well equipped, warm and cozy even during the cold weather, and had a convenient garage for storing our ski equipment. The host was truly exceptional – supportive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make our stay special. They provided a Christmas tree to create a festive atmosphere, extended the dining table to fit our group, and even helped us resolve an issue with forgotten shoes. Such thoughtful gestures made a big difference!
− The only small suggestion would be to have a larger fridge to better accommodate the needs of a bigger group. But overall, everything else was great and we’d gladly come back!

10.0Andrea, the owner, is really kind and always at your service. The house is clean, cozy and most importantly big (with 4 bathrooms) and it’s ideal for families and big groups. Me and my friends enjoyed our stay in the Holiday Home Falzes. Never had any issue, the position is also perfect just a half hour drive from Lago di Braies. On our last day, we also had a bbq in the spacious garden. Thank you, Andrea! We’ll be back, certainly.

4.0The location is good for access to all ski areas and all utilities.
− The host had promised us 3 bathrooms, which is why we rented this apartment, but instead there were 2. This darkened our stay, because we were a 3 family . The two bedrooms are good, but the other two are very bad. The fans in the toilets are very noisy and the cleanliness in the bathrooms was not up to par.
