− Emme olleet saaneet ennakkoon sisäänkirjautumisohjeita joten jouduimme odottamaan tovin että saimme majoittajan puhelimitse kiinni. Lopulta saimme majoittajan kiinni ja pääsimme onneksi huoneeseen sisälle. Saimme myös majoittajalta ihanan pullon viiniä virheen vuoksi joten kaikki sujui lopulta hyvin.

5.0Equipe solicita, prontamente nos mudaram de quarto. (O nosso estava fedendo a cigarro de forma insuportável)
− Os quartos sem janelas são realmente sem nenhuma ventilação.
Katastrophe! Wortwörtlich auf der Straße stehen gelassen.
1.0− Die Zimmer waren schmutzig. Haare und Sand auf dem Bett. Haare in der Dusche. Blutflecken auf den Bettlaken. Betten waren offensichtlich benutzt. Ein gebuchtes Zimmer wurde nicht zur Verfügung gestellt. Der Vermieter war weder telefonisch noch schriftlich zu erreichen.

− Ні разу за пʼять днів не помили підлогу. Якщо вже так важко з таймінгом прибирань, то можна залишити хочаб ганчірку якусь, щоб люди мали змогу чимось поприбирати самостійно.
