Ottima villetta x rilassarsi e godersi un bellissimo mare
10.0La posizione: ottima per raggiungere le spiagge di Torre Lapillo (meno di 1km),punta prociutto (6 minuti d auto),porto cesareo (8 minuti). Supermercato conad e bar a 300 metri. Silenziosa sia di giorno che di notte,e posto auto interno. Il giardino: stile rustico,con divanetti e amache che permettono di rilassarsi nelle diverse ore della giornata,e diversi tavoli adatti a cena/pranzo e colazione Casa: molto spaziosa considerando che si tratta di una casa vacanza,frigo grande,cucina con 4 fuochi e doccia esterna comodissima Proprietari molto disponibili e accoglienti, hanno soddisfatto tutte le nostre richieste e sono stati molto gentili. Sicuramente ci torneremo nei prox anni :)

10.0Posizione strategica per raggiungere anche altri paesi vicini, lontana dal traffico e ottima la soluzione del parcheggio in loco. La casa avendo un grande spazio esterno attrezzato da la possibilità di creare momenti di totale relax.

− the photos do not show a true representation ,outside does not look like this it’s very run down and un looked after. flies were a real issue and is on a very busy road . the house felt very claustrophobic as bars on all the windows . Cctv outside felt very intrusive and when we moved the cameras so they were not pointing at us we received a message telling us not to touch them
