10.0Limpeza excelente, casa bem espaçosa muitos utensílios na cozinha, tem ar condicionado em todos os quartos e na sala e funcionam muito bem. Com certeza retornarei. Tem mercado bem perto, posto de gasolina na frente. É um bairro muito tranquilo.
