SLC Urban Adventure stay was everything we needed for our work trip!
9.0This location was great for our conference in Salt Lake City, just a short walk from most things in the downtown area. The home itself was great, with several beds, two ensuite bathrooms, and all the basic kitchen amenities. It also had a washer and dryer in case you need that on an extended trip. We did have a dead battery for the apartment keypad, which prevented us from locking the door upon arrival. But the staff provided us with a quick solution and access to the physical key until they were able to replace it. Overall wonderful!
− There were extensive entry instructions; I think they should stand out before other information. The directions from the elevator to the unit were slightly confusing, as it was very far from the elevator we were instructed to take. Also, in that vein, it was quite a trek from the entrance to the apartment every day. And last thing, we did get MANY messages throughout our stay. Ideally, these are kept to a minimum as they are distracting and from what I can tell largely unnecessary.
Comfortable apartment
10.0Apartment was clean, there were many extra towels and pillows. There were both hard and soft pillows available. Laundry pods were provided for the washing machine. Apartment has good noise insulation and we were unable to hear noise from surrounding apartments or street. Apartment was spacious for a group of 5 and the 2 bathrooms were convenient for a big group.
− We came in 2 cars but there was only space reserved for 1 car, the staff was able to provide alternative parking recommendations but the people in the second car had to walk to the apartment.
Great value, awesome host
9.0The unit was impeccably clean and beautifully designed. We like having designated parking, two queen beds in one bedroom, ample supplies for our stay. Overall, it was a great property and has easy access to town.
− We wished they gave us bathroom floor mats and kitchen towels. Booking.com message was not easy to access, there was a communication delay to get our host to fix an issue with the tv remote for the first two days.
