Apartament czysty. Wszystko nowe. Bardzo duży taras. Bardzo ładna przestronna łazienka. Duży plus za gazowe podgrzewanie wody i za automat w łazience.

− W łazience z bidetu ulatnia się brzydki zapach. Brak kieliszków do wina. Brak chochli do zupy, łyżki do nakładania makaronu oraz drewnianych łyżek do teflnowej patelni. Trzeba się namęczyć żeby nie zniszczyć patelni.
