Good hotel but have to work on pre arrival communication.
7.0Nice Room and friendly staff. They helped a lot to get a taxi.
− At the first night we couldn't checkin because the entrance gate was closed and nobody could be called. Even as we have messaged our late arrival by ferry. So we had to find another hotel and didn't get any refund for the first night.
