Beautiful property, inconvenient location

The room is spacious, well furnished and clean. The garden of the property is beautiful.

− The location is very inconvenient. Sometimes you have to wait quite long to cross the airstrip. It's far from Bahia Solano center, you always need to get a tuk tuk, which is almost impossible after 6pm, so good luck if you want to eat out. There is no phone signal at the property, the wifi doesn't reach the cabins and also in the common area it's very unreliable. Inconvenient if you need to organize tours etc. Our room was not cleaned during our 5 night stay, also the bin in the bathroom was not emptied. The water pressure is very low, showering needs patience. Payment of the property needs to be in cash, so you might need to go to the ATM multiple times due to withdraw limits. The breakfast could need a bit more options, it's 2 eggs and an arepa every day, some days with a bit of fruit.

Un hotel muy bonito, campestre y con una atencion inmejorable. Las cabañas lindas, comodas y muy limpias. Una estadia muy agradable, rodeada de personas maravillosas.

− Resulta un poco incómoda la ubicación, la entrada y salida depende de las salidas y llegadas al aeropuerto, está al otro lado de la pista. Pero ellos te lo solucionan y si vas a coger un vuelo es muy conveniente.

Todo. Está dentro de una reserva natural y es espectacular. Las habitaciones están genial y cuentan con todo lo necesario. La comida está muy buena y segura para los turistas, no tuvimos ningún problema. Además, tanto Lina como toda su familia estuvieron atentos durante nuestra estadía y nos ayudaron en todo lo que estuvo en su mano.

De mensen zijn fantastisch. Ze zijn lief, behulpzaam en Elisabeth kookt met liefde een ontbijt, lunch of avondeten voor je (betaald). Het terrein is middenin de jungle, dus veel dieren (honden, katten, papegaaien). Carlos is altijd bereid je in de tuk tuk te vervoeren (wel betaald) en je door het dorpje te leiden. Ze zijn erg gastvrij!! Fantastisch vonden we - maar dit kan je als nadeel zien - dat het huis naast de start- en landingsbaan van het vliegveld ligt. Je moet dus wachten totdat alle vliegtuigen weg zijn voordat je naar het huis kan, of weg van het huis kan. Ook heb je voor alles een tuk tuk nodig omdat het dorpje niet op loopafstand ligt. Wij vonden dat hilarisch: in een tuktuk op de startbaan rijden van een vliegveld. De transportkosten lopen zo alleen wel op (de tuk tuk is niet gratis).

− De waterdruk is erg laag: echt douchen lukt niet: het is een straaltje koud water dat uit de douche komt. Er is geen airco of ventilator: en het kan erg benauwd zijn in de ruimte. Als het heel hard regent, voel je zo nu en dan een drupje water uit het dak komen. Je kan niet met een creditkaart of pinpas betalen, dus we moesten nog even op de laatste dag naar de ATM.
