9.0Incredibly kind and helpful staff with very nice amenities and food.
− Location is a bit from town and long walk, but you can easily take a taxi and it provide more quiet and relaxing stay

8.0The hospitality, cleanliness, great place, there was a kitchen area with stove, utensils, microwave oven and a fridge. Room service everyday. Quick service by the staff. Kind and welcoming staff.
− The menu had very few items. Few of the items on the menu are not available. Buffet does not include any protien or eggs, have to order them separately.

− 早餐真的如同没有，没有鸡蛋，没有蛋白质。几片面包，所有套路都是为了让你单独购买早餐。没有付费晚餐，离最近的超市要30分钟。没有公共交通。空调不停的流水，整完都睡不着，地毯湿透一股臭味。临走为了不让我评价，给我预定off show，我多次拒绝，并要求用booking收费，但受他们威胁没办法刷了信用卡。最后还额外多收了100。不会再来。这酒店绝对的刷出来的好评
one of the nicest hotels in Tonga
10.0room was lovely compared to other places i’ve stayed in tonga. staff was so friendly. lovely view too. i only stayed for one night but would definitely come back.
− my room was near the stairs and was a bit noisy, i only stayed for one night and didn’t get much sleep because i could hear everything from my room
