Everything was perfect. The rooms were clean and tidy as shown in the pictures. Very calm and peace atmosphere. The staffs were very kind and helpful

The view is good. Breakfast also good. Comfortable bed.

− To reach to property we have to go through a very narrow road, bit far away from the town. The host took more time than he promised to give the breakfast. No any shampoo or any thing other than small soap. The price is bit higher when we think about facilities they provide

− Terrible service. Not much options were given for breakfast but we agreed for whatever that they suggested and the next morning they failed to provide even that. The food looked like leftovers and the staff didn't even care enough to acknowledge that they were unable to serve what they agreed to, the night before.

The view from our room into the surrounding nature was simply stunning. From the very beginning, communication with the manager was smooth, prompt, and genuinely helpful. The recommendation of our tuk-tuk driver, Sanjaya, was absolutely spot on. He took us everywhere safely, reliably, and always with a smile. We can highly recommend him! ⭐

− From the moment we arrived, the common areas appeared untidy and unclean. Our room and bathroom also required additional cleaning after we requested it, and while this was done, the overall standard still fell short of what we expected. Parts of the furniture were noticeably worn, and the bed linens were discoloured and yellowed in places. The following morning, breakfast was served at a table that had not been cleaned after the previous guests had finished eating. The kitchen also appeared cluttered and unhygienic, and even the floor looked dirty enough that we didn't feel comfortable walking barefoot—something we have happily done in many other accommodations throughout Sri Lanka. The breakfast selection itself was very limited, and no drinks were offered. Only after we asked were we given the choice of tea or coffee. In the end, we decided to leave breakfast and eat elsewhere. What disappointed us the most was the complete lack of the warm hospitality that has made us fall in love with Sri Lanka over the past five years. We understand that the manager appears to be training a new team, but communication was difficult as very little English was spoken, and there seemed to be very little focus on guest service. Because of our overall experience, we decided to check out earlier than planned and skipped breakfast on our second morning. We have been travelling to Sri Lanka regularly for the past five years and have stayed in many family-run guesthouses and homestays. This was, unfortunately, the first time we experienced such a low standard of cleanliness, service, and hospitality. We genuinely hope the team can improve, as the property has potential. However, based on our experience, we cannot recommend this homestay.

− Комната и мебель ушатанные и грязные. Фото комнаты лет 20, наверное. В самой комнате живут все виды насекомых: от летающих до ползающих и кроватных. Завтрак ужасный.
