Great location. Spotlessly clean. Comfy bed. Well equipped. The WiFi was excellent. The builging is extremely secure.

− The code to open the lock box to get the key was incorrect. Fortunately a person (perhaps a cleaning lady) got it figured out. I couldn't reach the owner. Nothing the owner can do but the design of the apaartment is poor sleeping with my head right next to the entire HVAC system and listening to the constantly on fan and compressor cycling made sleep difficult for the first two nights. The sofa (only place to sit) was very uncomfortable. I really dislike places that provide only Roku for TV. We couldn't get our favorite channels or local TV.

Location

− The fact it claims free parking but forget to mention in order to get the “free parking” is to park on the street and everyone in the area parks in the street so no where to parks for blocks everyday had to park a few blocks over and the tow company that works in the area is very predatory just waiting for some one to blink and snatch your vehicle !!! Crow tow will rob you blind!! Then the room I was under the impression it was a one bedroom unit until I get there and it is just a studio plus if you are an early riser perfect for you but if you like to sleep in until 8am or later not for you !!!! It has a big picture window facing east without black out curtains does have window treatments (blinds) but at 6am the sun starts shinning in straight on your face the beds sits directly in front of it no way around it!! Plus found broken glass under the couch after I stepped on some glass looking for where the found half a broken glass under there and it also said bath or shower big lie only a shower and barely big enough for one I am only 4feet 11inches tall and I keep hitting my elbows on the walls dishes are there as long as you don’t want to drink anything except wine got four wine glasses one coffee cup spend the extra 50 bucks and stay across the street at the home to suites by Hilton truly free parking free breakfast and a pool with a gym

− Had no interaction with human beings at all at the facility. Had no access to some of the amenities on the building's top floor..

Property was nice but parking is an absolute nightmare. It’s street parking with no spots available for 2 blocks
