9.0A group of friends rented the ground floor and the first floor of the villa for seven nights. The location was quite clean with minor exceptions, and there was a faint smell of mold on the ground floour. The bedding was clean, and the bathrooms as well. Communication with the host was done through WhatsApp, and they were available to resolve minor issues. The distance to the nearest beach equipped with sun loungers is about 10-12 minutes of walking, as is the distance to the commercial area of the town, where there are various terraces, restaurants, and taverns. The area is charming and lively. There are enough parking spaces. The villa is well-equipped, including a washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher on each floor. I don’t know why the electric stove and oven on the ground floor didn’t work; they seemed not to be connected to the electrical network. An espresso machine could also have been a useful addition to the villa's amenities. Other than that, everything was superb.
