We absolutely loved our stay at Wykeham Coach House. Steve was very welcoming and always attentive with our questions pre booking. There was safe off-road car parking. Everything was incredibly clean inside. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was fully equipped with all necessary cooking facilities. Beds were comfortable and we slept amazing because the surrounding area is so quiet. Easy to get to Polperro and Looe from here. A handy little shop just 3 minutes walk for basic groceries. I highly recommend going to the Punch Bowl Inn just 4 minutes walk away. Will definitely be coming back to Lanreath and staying at Wykeham Coach House.

A hidden gem.

Beautiful location. The village has a great community. The Punch Bowl Inn was a couple of minutes away and was very welcoming. Everything you needed at the property was provided. The welcome pack was a bonus. Communication with owners was great. We had a lovely chat with Stephen. We would definitely stay again. 🙂

It was lovely and unexpected to have extras like biscuits, bread, butter, milk and eggs. The children loved the games, toys and books to delve into. We had a comfortable few days here and would definitely stay again. Thank you Gill and Steve for your hospitality.

A perfect cottage for a short stay in Lanreath.

The property was a good size and really well appointed. The property was warm and inviting and exactly as the photos showed. The owners were quick to respond to us when we got lost checking in! It is a very short walk from the newly opened Punch Bowl pub. A fab cottage that we will definitely book again.

self catering, kitchen fully equipped, everything you’d need, eggs, bread, milk on arrival. Nice apartment. Did manage to get a repayment for an extra night we couldn’t manage. Thank you very much, Very quiet for a good nights sleep.

− Didn’t manage to work the telly other than normal channels, no instructions, grill didn’t work on top oven, so no grilled cheese, mattress needing replaced it was a bit lumpy. It Is a bit out of the way if wanting a takeaway, local pub was closed. So plan accordingly.
