6.0Lovely property on the beach however it is really run down. Staff was wonderful but we will not stay again.

1.0Everything was broken. There was no made service. The restaurant was closed and we were in the very area so those are expensive to tour around.

6.0I like the location of the property and that it is on the beach. The property needs to be renovated, and mosquito nets placed in bedrooms. I had mosquitoes buzzing in my ear all through the night and morning. I did not sleep well the entire time I was at the hotel. The doors are not sealed so it's easy for mosquitoes to come in and out of the rooms. I did like the food prepared for breakfast. However, it took a longtime to get the food. The waitress was not prompt and customer friendly. On Sunday the waitress was not there, and the cook was prompt and customer friendly. The staff need better time management when preparing the food especially when I put my order in the day before.
