9.0Casa molto ben arredata, in posizione centralissima a Sarzana, comoda a tutto, è la seconda volta che soggiorniamo in questa struttura e ci siamo sempre trovati molto bene. Oltre ad avere il climatizzatore e la televisione in tutte e due le stanze da letto, è fornita di tutto ciò che serve in cucina, lavastoviglie, ferro e asse da stiro, macchina del caffè, entrambe le volte abbiamo trovato disponibili cialde, succhi, acqua in frigorifero, prodotti per la colazione… Assolutamente consigliato. Se proprio vogliamo trovare un mini difetto, la mancanza di un’area esterna penalizza un po’, ma per se si sceglie una struttura in centro città bisogna tenerlo in considerazione, e per noi che siamo sempre in giro non è assolutamente stato un problema. Comunicazione e disponibilità dell’host a livelli top.

10.0We were a group of 6 people and we absolutely loved our stay here. The house is very cozy, comfortable, and in a perfect location close to the center of Sarzana. The view from the windows and from the entrance is beautiful — directly facing the fortress and surrounded by greenery. The apartment has absolutely everything needed for a comfortable stay: a fully equipped kitchen, everything for cooking, washing clothes, drying clothes, and feeling at home in general. The host is incredibly kind and welcoming, always helpful, caring, and doing her best to make the stay as comfortable as possible. We will definitely recommend this place and would love to come back again!
