My family was very happy to stay at Villetta le Rondini. We were a group of 6 people and we all felt very comfortable. Communication with the owner was excellent from the very beginning. Our host, Marco, was exceptionally kind and helpful. He responded to each of our questions very fast which helped us a lot. The apartment is very clean, modern, well maintained and fully equipped (incl. coffee machine, washing machine, towels etc.). Everything was exactly as shown in the property description. The house was perfectly prepared on our arrival. The house is divided into 4 levels, with air conditioning on each level. There are 3 bedrooms, 4 toilets/bathrooms (one on each level) which include 2 showers. The outdoor terrace in the backyard even has an outside shower (very sommery 😊). The kitchen is spacious and includes a sofa. The beds are very comfortable. At the house entrance there is also a small terrace and a bike rack with bikes you can use for free. WiFi was also provided for free. The house offers enough space to spend time altogether but provides privacy in each bedroom, as well. The apartment is located in a quiet area next to a park, but shops, supermarket, cafes and restaurants are easily reachable on foot. It took about 10 minutes to walk to the beach. Luna Park Strabilia and Aquasplash water park are also nearby. Our family definitely recommends Villetta le Rondini to families or groups to spend a wonderful vacation.

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Ich fand super, dass Fahrräder zur Verfügung standen. Alles super!

Dom, v ktorom sme boli ubytovaní, predčil naše očakávania. Bol veľmi priestranný, čistý a útulne zariadený. Našli sme tu všetko, čo sme počas dovolenky potrebovali – od plne vybavenej kuchyne, cez pohodlné postele až po drobnosti, ktoré spríjemnili pobyt (napr. uteráky, čistiace prostriedky, kávovar…). Veľmi sme ocenili aj ticho a súkromie, ktoré dom ponúka. Všetko bolo perfektne pripravené a komunikácia s majiteľom bola výborná. Ideálne miesto na oddych, určite by sme sa sem radi vrátili 😊

Apartmán byl v klidné části a u parku. Byl plně vybaven a nic nám nechybělo. Jelikož jsme byli s dětmi, tak jsme si vařili z místních surovin. Obchody jsme měli v rozumné vzdálenosti a díky tomu, že jsme měli k dispozici i kola, tak nakupování byla radost. K moři to bylo nějakých 600m, ale na kole to bylo na 1min. Apartmán měl i okenice, tak jsme si přes noc a ráno mohli udělat tmu. Uklizeno bylo tak, že nikde ani pavučinka. 4 záchody a 2 koupelny bylo velké a příjemné plus. Měli jsme větší auto, takže jsme parkovali na ulici, kde bylo veřejné free parkování. Na parkovišti byl i automat na chlazenou vodu (i perlivou). Samozřejmě voda z kohoutku byla také dobrá, jen ne hned vychlazená. Nevím zda příští cesta bude zase v 7 lidech, ale kdyby jo, jiné ubytování nehledám a budu chtít zase sem.

Everything was exactly as shown in the property description. Our host, Marco, helped us whenever we needed anything and the information received helped us a lot. We were a group of 8 people and it was ideal. The house is divided into 4 levels: mezzanine, ground floor, 1st floor and attic. The most important thing was that on each level there was a full bathroom or at least a half bathroom. Air conditioning on all levels, including the mezzanine. Perfectly equipped kitchen, large terrace with outdoor shower, everything clean, modern. It took about 10-15 minutes to walk to the beach.
