- An available laundry machine is there - Good Wi-Fi - Healthy breakfast

− - Very far from the beach and had to get through a steep slope to get there - Too many lights were broken - No reception, they pointed at the kitchen when we asked about the reception - All rooms are accessible only by going down a long and narrow staircase, and there is no staff to help with the luggage until you ask them to send their home worker to help you - The contact number was barely responsive

Friendly staff, large private pool and nice location

− Perhaps shouldn’t be listed as a 5 star accommodation. Bathroom could be better. Wifi doesn’t extend beyond the front door of the room. We stayed for 3 nights and overall our stay was pleasant, however I would not class this as a 5 star hotel. After the driver dropped us at the door, there was no information on how to enter and had to wait until another guest came by and was able to let us in, not sure what we would have done otherwise. Our villa was located on the lowest level and we had to climb down 3 sets of stairs to access it. As we were a family travelling with a baby, this was extremely inconvenient as having to carry a baby & pram up and down the stairs causes great accessibility issues. The room itself was okay...but not to a 5 star standard. To be clear, there were no issues with the cleanliness of the room, it just did not come across as expected when you book a 5 star stay. The private pool, however, was lovely and made up for the disappointment. I do feel there could have been a more robust cleaning service though as leaves and bugs often collected in the pool through the day. Breakfast wise, the food was delicious and prepared fresh, however there was a small selection and we were were expecting breakfast in our room which was not the case. The staff did accommodate our requests though and even had eggs ready each morning for our baby which I thought was a lovely gesture. The staff themselves were lovely, welcoming and made us feel very welcome. Although I understand we were in Turkey, I would have appreciated if the staff spoke a little more English as communication was virtually none. The location is in a small town however there was a few beaches and shops nearby which was extremely convenient as only a 10 min walk away. Apparently there is a buggy service which we only discovered after our stay through reading other reviews and none of the staff shared this info with us. Overall a pleasant stay but unlikely to return for the above reasons.
