7.0Le logement était très bien situé Le double vitrage efficace au vu du bruit dans la rue
− Une odeur d’humidité assez importante dans le logement malgré une aération quotidienne. Le fait que l’électricité ne fonctionne qu’avec la clé-carte fait que la climatisation ne fonctionne pas lors de nos absences… donc difficultés à faire refroidir l’appartement. La serrure délicate à ouvrir avec la clé. On voit que beaucoup de personne éprouve des difficultés à ouvrir car celle-ci commence à être tordue.

10.0Прекрасное расположение, близко к порту и дикому пляжу, в старом городе. Квартира очень тихая, хотя вокруг рестораны. Идеально укомплектованная кухня. Удобная большая кровать.

Appartamento bello, pulito e funzionale!
10.0Appartamento arredato con gusto posto al terzo piano (senza ascensore) di un palazzo in pieno centro storico a due passi dal porto..basta scendere in strada per trovare ristoranti, bar e shop. Gli infissi insonorizzano bene il rumore esterno pertanto si riesce a riposare benissimo. Ogni punto della città è raggiungibile passeggiando. Maria è stata gentilissima, sempre reperibile e super efficiente anche in orari serali.

− It smelled very strongly of dampness, really strong. The apartment is on the third floor. There is no sea view from the apartment. The air conditioners worked very strangely, it was impossible to set them to a comfortable temperature. The renovation is very old. Overall, the apartment is not bad, but the price is extremely overpriced. There are many better and cheaper apartments on the island. Its price should be 35–40% lower. It is not worth the money.
