I called reception to see if we could stay 2 more nights but was told someone else has booked our unit after us. But did

− Lounge very uncomfortable to watch a movie. Wifi cut out constantly Only 2 rolls of toilet paper supplied for 2 people for 5 nights

− Shouldn’t be a so many chords on the power board around the fridge. Broken main lounge chair. Should be let know when blankets and quilts are washed. Back security screen won’t lock.

3.0We were only told key code 1 hour before arrival but they were there. There was plenty of hot water.
− Internet! There was absolutely no internet for the whole stay. I did try and message the management company but never heard anything. Also a picture fell off the wall and despite reporting it (with photos of damage etc.) I never heard anything back from anyone. The property is very old and tired.
