Terrible experience
2.0− The apartment was not cleaned before the arrival. The kitchen had an awful smell which lingered throughout the apartment. On enquiring I was told the apartment would be cleaned on the next day but that meant I would stay there while cleaning which did not make sense since I was travelling for tourism. Eventually could not use the kitchen and had to get the meals from outside (a hefty additional expense). I got a refund so little that it hardly covered a single time meal outside. Terrible experience.
