9.0The location of this hotel is absolutely perfect! It is just a short walk from the beautiful waterfront and the beach, making it very convenient to explore the area and enjoy the surroundings. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with any requests. The service was warm and welcoming throughout my stay. The breakfasts are delicious, a lovely way to start the day. I truly enjoyed my stay here and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great location, excellent service, and a comfortable atmosphere.
− The only small downside was that the bed was a little too firm for my preference, and the pillows were not very comfortable. However, this was a minor issue, and overall, my experience was excellent.

A bit dilapidated and new construction all around
5.0Lala was on site and very helpful with booking tours. Eduardo, owner helped me get back to the airport. The lobby and dining room were acceptable. Breakfast was pretty basic scrambled eggs bread coffee and fresh squeezed juice. Close to Carola and Mann Beach.
− The actual rooms left a lot to be desired. I was in room nine which is older had ants linens that were not very clean and shower fixtures that definitely needed updating and a fresh paint job. I actually stayed at another property for two days within my stay here and my room was never cleaned while I was gone. Trash wasn't emptied? sheets weren't changed , bed wasn't made. I was very very disappointed at that. There appears to be a focus on the new construction going on which was noisy and the existing rooms got no attention at all.

8.0Estaba muy bien ubicado entre el centro y la playa Mann. La habitación era amplia y con vistas muy bonitas. El dueño fue muy amable con nosotros y me hizo un desayuno especial cuando estuve indispuesta. Las empleadas muy amables y atentas.
− Aunque hacen las camas y friegan el suelo a diario le falta limpieza..
