9.0Alison, es una persona maravillosa, amable y en general un encanto, ella es la que hace de Rivendell que la estancia sea muy confortable.
− El camino andando, se hace un poco difícil, pero ahí radica el encanto, es un rincón maravilloso en un espacio insuperable.

10.0Todo en el alojamiento es excepcional. Está ubicado en un sitio precioso en el Parque Nacional de la Caldera de Taburiente. La casa es muy bonita y especial y la anfitriona, Alison, es encantadora y muy atenta. Nos ayudó a subir las maletas y nos preparó unos desayunos estupendos. Todos disfrutamos mucho de la estancia y sólo sentimos no haber tenido más tiempo para aprovechar más las posibilidades de la casa y del entorno.
− No hay ningún elemento que nos disgustara. Sí es importante saber que hay varios perros y muchos gatos en el exterior de la casa, pero son muy tranquilos y a nosotros no nos incomodaron. Son parte del encanto de la casa.

− Gospodyni zależy tylko na pieniądzach. Nie dba o bezpieczeństwo swoich gości. Nie chciała odwołać rezerwacji mimo że po cyklonie Teresa trasa prowadząca do budynku była zamknięta i nie było możliwości dojścia.
