Lep razgled in arhitekturna zasnova vile.
9.0Krasen razgled s terase, prostorno, svetlo, mirna lokacija, odzivna gostiteljica. Ločena spalnica, udobne postelje, prijetna posteljnina, kamnita gradnja.
− Okolica hiše (npr. 'strešna terasa') in dovoz zanemarjena, se ne spodobi za takšno vilo. Dostop do vile kar zahteven, prav tako peš dostop do najbližje (sicer krasne) plaže Filikura. Odvečna oprema (sesalnik, dodatna postelja, otroški stolček) v glavnih prostorih (ni prostora za spravo ali pa zgolj ni bilo pospravljeno tja :-).

10.0This is a fantastic property for complete rest and relaxation. The private pool is a rare find and is deep enough for exercise. The kitchen has everything. Sunsets are reliably spectacular.

8.0De locatie is prachtig bovenop een cliff met mooi uitzicht, weg van de drukte. Het appartement is mooi schoon en goed voorzien. Heerlijk rustig en met de hitte altijd een frisse wind.
− De sleuteloverdracht ging wat lastig (host stond in de file) waardoor we uren moesten wachten. We zijn absoluut heel positief maar voor de hoge prijs vinden we het wel aan de kleine kant (geen aparte slaapkamers, het is een ruimte met daarin zithoek, keuken, keukentafel en slaapgedeelte en een slaapbank) de afwerking was op veel plekken gewoon niet goed, losse tegels, delen niet afgewerkt, stroomschokken van de afwasmachine gekregen, afwasmachine kiepte om als je hem opendeed, beperkte uitrusting keuken. Voor het geld dat voor het appartement gevraagd wordt vinden we eigenlijk dat het helemaal af moet zijn en er zijn zeker verbeterpunten.
