The hotel is newly refurbished and stunning. Decorated and cleaned to a high standard. The atmosphere and environment is very calming and zen. Staff went over and above to support and help us on our stay. The food was very healthy. The pool area and beach area were stunning. I loved the additional beach access and sunbed area. Sunbeds are very comfortable and clean. The views from the restaurant and pool area were stunning..

As a solo traveller I came here for the stunning sundown, it's "isolated" location, the private beach and wasn't disappointed. It's a lovely hotel with friendly stuff and also very family orientated. The Airplanes didn't disturb me. Although you can hear and see them from time to time while outside, I didn't recognise them inside the hotel. The hotel offers all inclusive booking and has adapted this service to the needs of their guests.

The property is well located and has different aspects that can accommodate different needs. A great pool area with pool bar, then a more classy outside lounge area with sea view and a beach area. The food also exceeded expectations. My favourite aspect of the entire trip was the people - the staff are amazing, every single staff member. I would definitely return to this property because of all of this.

− Mattresses were a bit old and soft and the snacks between meals can be improved a bit - although every time I asked for a snack for my toddler they always helped - and went above and beyond.

The view from the restaurant. The location to the airport. Plenty activities for kids if you want that sort of thing.

− When we arrived we where given a key card to our room on the 3rd floor, went up to discover the door needed a key, on entry the tv and mini fridge wasn’t working and when having a shower the drains stuck. Complained at reception to be told a maintenance person would look into it. An hour or so later they gave us a better room on the first floor. They only had one eating area and the à la carte was only open twice a week but because we stayed only 2 nights didn’t get the chance to go. The pool area had to be accessed by walking out the front door and walking on the car park and around the side of the building unless you where on the 1st floor then it could be accessed at the bottom of the corridor. The walls in the room were very thin and you could hear the room next door talking. Sunbeds were taken with towels first thing in the morning. Pool closed at 6pm for cleaning. The food was average and there was no bar area at the bottom near the sunbeds which overlooked the sea area. You had to walk back up the hill if you wanted a drink. Drinks were on a laminated list that you could have and stopped servicing at 23.00. Pool staff were nice enough, but we had a new starter on the reception bar who looked as if she had never poured a drink. Many of the staff were doing multiple jobs so looked under staff. Because of the inconvenience of the room change, we were allowed to stay only in the room and check out later due to the inconvenience but was asked if we could leave a pleasant review. I am glad we only stayed 2 nights. I would definitely not class this as a 5 star luxury resort!! The pictures are very deceptive. The only plus was the 15 minute walk along the beach into the local town. Not sure if this place has changed hands recently and they are trying to update it as it has changed its name from when I originally booked. Also whilst there I saw a couple locked out there room and the maintenance man literally trying to break the door down to get in.
