9.0The staff were very friendly and helpful. I believe the lady was the manager, she came out to greet meet. She speaks great English. They saw me struggling with 4 large suitcases as a single mother, and helped me carry them to my room. The room was nice and clean. Very strong A/C, blowing cold air.. Which was a huge plus in the Mérida heat. Nice large clean bath room. I would stay again.
− I could not find any outlets, other than in the bathroom to charge electronic devices. Also there's no mini fridge in the room. So if that is something you will need, just be mindful. Maybe you can call ahead and request these things.
