1.0A limpeza, o funcionário maleiro da noite prestativo, o garçom do restaurante funcionários atenciosos.
− Gostaria de registrar minha total insatisfação com o atendimento recebido no Hotel Senac Grogotó. Por volta das 16h do dia 21/07/2026, cheguei ao hotel com minha cachorrinha de pequeno porte e minhas malas. No check-in, solicitei um quarto silencioso para poder descansar, mas meu pedido não foi considerado. Ao me dirigir ao elevador, precisei abrir duas portas (uma convencional e outra pantográfica) carregando bagagens e minha pet, sem receber qualquer auxílio dos funcionários. O quarto estava limpo, porém a torneira do banheiro está com os acabamentos soltos. O pior, entretanto, é o barulho constante de máquinas que ligam e desligam durante o dia e, principalmente, à noite, tornando o descanso praticamente impossível. Esperava mais atenção, acolhimento e respeito às solicitações dos hóspedes. Recomendo que quem pretende se hospedar aqui e busca tranquilidade confirme previamente a localização do quarto para evitar o desconforto que estou enfrentando.

5.0Gostamos do quarto espaçoso, da cama e da qualidade do banho. O espaço estava limpo, embora com odor de tinta ou de reforma recém-finalizada. O hotel possui uma estrutura maravilhosa que está em processo de reativação. A vista é deslumbrante.
− O hotel está passando por reformas e está com um odor forte dos produtos e materiais em uso. Mas, a maior frustração foi constatar que, especialmente no café da manhã, tudo o que é servido - ou quase tudo - vem de fora, possivelmente de padarias da cidade, com uma qualidade muito ruim. Não se tem um bolo, um pão, uma broa que seja feita pela equipe do próprio hotel - logo um hotel que forma cozinheiros e que no passado nos recebia com tanta qualidade!

9.0Hotel possui infraestrutura muito boa para quem tem filhos, com piscina aquecida, espaço kids e parquinho. Os funcionários são muito atenciosos e o café da manhã é excelente.

If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.
