4.0− we had no hot water for the duration of our stay, booking.com attempted to get it sorted but no one came out to resolve this issue, we stayed away as ground workers to then get back to the property to have no hot water for the week was less than ideal.
Great location but property in need of a good spring clean and better welcome!
6.0Location was great - close enough to all the places we wanted to visit. Lots of space in the property, clean bathrooms and comfy beds!
− Property could do with a good dust and spring clean, pool table on it's last legs and garden very neglected. Everything in the kitchen needed to be washed before use - cupboards need a good clear out. We arrived late at night assuming we would be met but when we contacted the host, we were told the property was double booked. The host would not answer the phone and sent us the name of someone else who had 'booked'. We finally gained entry to discover no joining instructions which meant cold showers until we could sort out how to obtain hot water. Suggest info on wifi, heating, hot water etc. is provided in the kitchen for easy access. We enjoyed Norfolk but were disappointed with the initial unhelpful welcome we received.

A warm friendly cottage in an ideal situation. Owners on hand if needed
10.0Location was great, very close to Thursford, which is why we chose it. Lovely small quaint towns close by.
− My sat nav sent me down a very narrow country lane to find the cottage, and we arrived in the dark. Better planning was needed on my part to arrive earlier. Following day we were able to see a different and much easier navigation route
Comfortable and cosy
8.0Cosy and comfortable. Bedding too light for chilly nights., needed extra blanket. No extra toilet rolls or bin bags provided ( unusual). Nice towels and clean sheets. We enjoyed it all the same
− No supply of bin bags or toilet rolls. No instructions for TV. The cottage needs a good sort out of cupboards and drawers which were filled with surplus bits and pieces.
