− Far too many fake plastic flowers and not a single sharp knife or cafetiere.
Great place to stay
10.0Amazing apartment with separate kitchen and lounge, bedroom has ensuite and a balcony with an amazing view. Would definitely book it again. Great communication with the owner.
− Minor disappointment.... the hand basin in the shower room was out of commission.

Ideal location for visiting Mistley & Manningtree
9.0Lovely, clean, comfortable, flat of character (converted from old building) - quiet and with fabulous view of the estuary. Appreciated the wine and croissants which were left for us! :) Free parking in car park opposite. Great location for exploring Mistley & Manningtree.
− Had to chase up for instructions on how to get into the property (although instructions when provided were super clear). We needed to use the sofa bed (as well as the main bedroom) - there was no blind / curtains so the room was very light. Handrail for the stairs could do with being longer (stairs are quite steep and turn). A couple of small things (no kitchen roll, no toilet brush, handle on inside of shower door comes off) but did not impact our enjoyment of the stay.
