8.0Staf yang very helpful & outgoing... Benar² di pinggir jalan jalur utama parakan-wonosobo. Suka banget view 2 gunung Sumbing-Sindoro
− Kolam renangnya TDK pernah dibersihkan... Dan kamar yang bau apek. Tapi kamarnya luas banget, mungkin dipake 6-8 orang masih muat. Sebenarnya bagus, sayangnya kurang terawat. Waktu datang ada sprei yang TDK tertata dan mungkin kotor di dlm lemari (apakah itu bekas sebelumnya?)
Not recommendation buat ibu hamil atau toddler yang bawa banyak barang
4.0Kamarnya bersih, udaranya seger dan kalo sore dan pagi sejuk. Sesekali gunungnya keliatan kalo ga ketutup kabut
− Diawal kita dibantu bawain barang ke cottage yang kebetulan ada di atas gitu dan bilang kalau check out nanti bisa telfon aja biar di bantu lagi. BTW ini naik ke cottagenya pake tangga manual. Pas may checkout jam 9 pagi di telfon berkali kali ga ada yang angkat. Lebih tepatnya dari sore dichat juga ga di bales nomor customer service yang di kasih di kamar. Pas check out juga ga ada reception standby. Kecewa sama service yang di berikan ga sesuai dengan harga yang sudah kita bayar

8.0Kamar luas, ada water heater, AC, view bagus terlihat gunung Sumbing dan Sindoro.
− Pool masih maintenance jadi tidak bisa digunakan, kalau pagi nyari sarapan susah krn cafe di penginapan bukanya jam 10 pagi.

− The dust and the stain on the floor/wall (especially in bathroom).. please pay attention to the maintenance and cleanliness.. the room is already old, but it has high quality furniture and equipment.. and they did very less maintenance.. I think the maintenance cost must be high considering the area and facilities.. but, you are in hospitality industry where the comfort and the cleanliness is a must..!!
