− The outside of the property needs jet washed at least once a month. Smells of piss. Not the property’s fault BUT they could clean the outside with steam washing to help.

8.0Es war sauber und hatte gemütliche Betten. Ruhige Lage und schönes Apartment.
− Die Klimaanlage war am Anfang normal und wir hatten alle kühl aber gegen ende des Urlaubs war es unglaublich warm im Apartment und wir versuchten es immer wieder kalt zu haben.
Un apartamento con mucho encanto ⭐
9.0Nos encantó alojarnos en este apartamento, situado en un precioso palazzo que le da un encanto especial. Es un alojamiento muy bonito, cómodo y con todo lo necesario para disfrutar de la estancia. Queremos destacar también la amabilidad del personal, siempre atento y dispuesto a ayudar. Incluso se acercaron a las 21:00 para intentar solucionar un problema con la televisión, un detalle que demuestra su excelente atención al cliente. Sin duda, una estancia muy agradable que recomendaríamos.
− El único aspecto menos positivo fue la ubicación. Aunque está en una zona céntrica y permite desplazarse fácilmente a los principales puntos de interés, el entorno nos pareció bastante sucio y poco cuidado. Además, por la noche no nos transmitió una gran sensación de seguridad. En cualquier caso, consideramos que se trata de una característica de la zona y de la ciudad, más que del propio alojamiento.

− Would have loved more coffee capsules, and there was some noise from apartment above late at night but the staff were really helpful at addressing this.
