Unprecedented discrepancy!

The location was good, relatively close to a nice beach. The surroundings were quiet. The kitchen was well equipped.

− There was a discrepancy between the offered bed arrangement and what was actually available. According to the reservation, there were supposed to be two rooms with double beds and one room with one double bed and one single bed. There was no mention of sleeping in the living room or on folding beds. This was one of the main reasons we chose this property, as it seemed suitable for 7 adults, one of whom is in a wheelchair. We were unpleasantly surprised to find that there were only 3 double beds. The rooms were so small that there wasn’t even enough space to open a suitcase, let alone fit an extra bed. There were no wardrobes or cabinets either, so we had to keep our luggage in the cars. The seventh person had to sleep in different places depending on the situation. Communication with the host was unhelpful and led to no resolution!

Airconditioning in every room, great veranda and outdoor space for dining, fully equipped kitchen. Great field track with basketball and football for the kids. Brach very close. Good parking space for two cars just outside.

− Bathroom on upper floor was a bit tight and it feels like having a shower on the toilet. I was expecting rich garden vegetation but it was all fake except for the trees so or was bit disappointing ti see so much plastic.

Вилата и дворът са добре поддържани и много приятни. Гледката от спалнята на втория етаж е към морето и е много хубава.

− Банята на втория етаж е много малка и може да се ползва само като тоалетна.

Denize konumu çok yakın restaurant markete uzaklığı yürüme mesafesinde tertemiz bir villa çok rahat ettik sessiz sakin çalışanlar çok yardımcı oldu erken gelmemize rağmen erken giriş yapmamızı sağladılar iletişim hemen kurup yardımcı oldular .Gelecek sene tekrar görüşmek üzere 🥰

A very comfortable house, nearby the beach, perfect for two couples, or a couple with children.

The house is very comfortable, and the bedrooms can easily accommodate 6 people. We were 2 couples with a small kid, and a dog, and everything was ok. The beach is really close, no more than 200 meters, and you can choose the cossy one, with beach bars, or the smaller one, where you can use your own sun umbrella. The street in front of the house is a dead end, so, is very quiet. The manager, Dimitris, was very polite and helpful, and the communication with him during the booking and on our stay was very fast and clear. The terrace on the upper room has very nice view to the sea, even if it is partial, and a gas barbeque that we used and enjoyed.

− The inner stair to the loft is narrow, and need little attention on its use, but there is sufficient light and handrails to hold. There is a need for a plastic curtain to the upper bathroom if you want to use it not only as a toilet but also for having a shower without making a mess (we didn't use it, as the one on the ground floor was enough for everyone to have shower).
