Horrible. Not safe. No security. No hot water. Booking.com were not helpful at all.
1.0Absolutely nothing. NO HOT WATER. The website is VERY misleading. Not safe for families at all. No room service (food) or spa services as noted on website. This is NOT a retreat. Please don’t be fooled. Please stay away from this property
− So far away from anything. Ants in the tea & sugar. PowerPoints less than a meter from the ‘pool’. Unsafe - there is NO security and no staff after 9pm. No contact on WhatsApp even after messaging multiple times. We lasted two nights out of 10 and had to re book elsewhere. They gave us $11 back for ‘compensation’ not air con in main living area.
