4.0We lost due to the closure of the roads everywhere and wasted around one hour . It was so complicated so we need to keep talking over phone about the location. Best thing was the owner came to main road to accompany us towards the venue . Also owner used his own card to order our food as our card was not working and we paid him cash .
− The room was not clean as mentioned in the advertisement. There was no kitchen service, refrigerator or balcony connected to the room . It was small room and no cleanliness. Hair was all over the bed . Washroom was not clean and toilet was not working so we need to change the room which was not best but better than the previous room . When I showed him the advertisement and asked about the amenities, he said he don’t have any idea who put this on the website and he do not have these amenities here . Owner keep pushing us to check out at 11 but according to booking.com the checkout time was before 12 . It was showing he was not happy with the online booking and prefer direct booking with the hotel as he told he has to pay booking.com as well for the service fee . Next day he was accommodating large group booking which was directly booked and he was trying to clean each and every corner also I have seen he had bigger rooms as well which was showing in the add but intentionally he gave us the smaller room as he want to make it save for that large group . Overall It was not the best experience I had before with booking. Com . I was looking to book all three nights through booking. Com but prefer to do it private after this experience in India . That is my personal advice to booking. Com to please verify all the details and amenities before putting it on website so customer don’t feel cheated .
