The pools were very clean and beautiful. The building is clean, the flat clean but I would say needed a bit more dusting inside the drawers and shelves, the fridge wasn't as clean as I would expect to find it, was with crumbs left in it. The hoste was very helpful and replied quickly to all my enquiries, even made the room available earlier than advertised, even if we didn't requested. The guys working at the cafeteria in the complex, a BIG CREDIT to this place. Very welcoming, helpful, smiling all the time, speaking in English to us and not pretending they have no clue. The food also very well cooked.

− A very big disappointment was that actually there is no parking space available for this flat, even if it is advertised as it is ( free private parking-reservation NOT NEEDED - is telling me that clearly there are plenty of spaces so wouldn't need to reserve. In reality, what we've been told at the gate, is that the few spaces they have is for the apartments that bought the parking space together with the flat. One of the security guys from the gate became very angry and anxious when we asked to bring our car in because we could see empty spaces. The owner of the accommodation told us to give them the flat number and if is empty space they would let us to park inside, but when we got there, it was no chance for us to be allowed to park inside even if we clearly could see 4 empty spaces. And the security guy was shoving a list on a paper with the flats that can park there, but he didn't let us look to see if our flat is on that list, so we have no clue what exactly is the reality. This made us feel very unwelcome. Also the workers at shop that is in the complex didn't try to communicate at all. I understand if you don't speak English, is fine, I am not expecting to be known by anyone around the Globe, but at least a smile and a hello and bye anyone know for sure. This was our first visit to Bulgaria. We wished to give a try because so many friends from Romania had so many good comments about the Bulgarian hospitality. But for us, I am afraid was the last. Definitely felt like many of the Bulgarian people don't need foreigners to come and spend the money in them country. The private beach is actually 2 metres square of sand on stones, hard to call it a beach, actually is better said "easy access to the beach" , as you have a gate and go out straight to the beach. But if you actually want to use the beach, you have to go to the neighbouring ones.

Близо до морето, с басейн до апартамента.

− Запушен сифон на банята. В обявата са излъгали, че има паркинг. Оказа се, че паркингът е малък и в комплекса се допускат САМО коли на собственици, а регистрационните им номера са записани при охраната. Не пускат коли на гости на комплекса.

The location was very good. the apartment is well equipped (referring the kitchen and the bathroom). The surroundings was very good the pools were clean and well maintained. 10 minute walk ON the beach to get a perfect spot for children (to the direction of paradise beach) What we needed we bought at the nearby shops but there is a small restaurant in the complex with very friendly staff.

− Everything that we didn't like that much we managed but i write here nevertheless. Regarding the apartment everything was what i expected/hoped to be. The restaurants and the bars are pricey - and i mean one day we went to Nessebar and there everything was a little cheaper. There was a seaside restaurant nearby that everyone recommended but we didn't get that extra. I mean the food was okay but nothing special. But there are a lots of shop if you want that you could manage it with ease - just like us. We couldn't park in the complex. There is however a guarded parking lot 50 meters away. For 15 lv/day we left our car there.

Близко до морето тихо и спокойно

− Паркинг нямат пишат че имат,а всъщност местата с които разполагат са били на собствениците ,охраната в бариерата има списък с регистрацията на колите и не допускат други освен само докато разтоварите багажа.
