10.0Perfect location on a hillside overlooking the sea, with access to a private beach. The villa is spacious, beautifully maintained, exceptionally clean, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The views are stunning and create a truly relaxing atmosphere.

10.0The house is located near a really beautiful beach. It is well-kept and cozy.The kitchen is comfortable and well-equipped, the access to the beach is private. There is an excellent speaker to put on music while relaxing at home. It really gave us a good atmosphere! We barbecued a few times, there is an outdoor kitchen equipped with a water tap and sink, even a refrigerator and cabinets
− There are a few steps to get to the beach but that's noted on the website, and it's not that bad either. It was fine for me.

10.0Thank you George for welcoming us and sharing this lovely place with us. Amazing view, very spacious, clean and comfortable house. Everything is thought of. Beds are comfortable. Kitchens is very well equiped. The garden is great with place for a barbecue and table to eat outside. Private beach. Definitely recommend if you want private and escaping from the crowd.

10.0La maison est tout simplement par-faite! L’emplacement permet de rayonner très largement autour de chalcis, sur l’île d’Eubée, le pourtour d’Athenes ainsi que l’intérieur des terres. La maison est extrêmement bien équipée, tout le confort est présent pour y passer un excellent séjour. Restés 7 nuits, nous n’avons manqué de rien. Il y a même une cuisine extérieure complète avec une cheminée pour cuisiner au feu de bois!! Enfin, une plage privée ajoute le confort ultime à ce petit bijou d’hébergement. Notre hôte George a été d’une gentillesse et d’une bienveillance rares et extraordinaires.
