8.0The rooms were very cosy and cute and the food was lovely. The staff were all amazing, they brought amazing energy to the experience and were all so very welcoming to everyone.
− The activities were lacklustre and the bay its left was very overcrowded with people and boats.

Comida, suite, passeios, a vista, a baia de Halong, mas principalmente o excelente atendimento da equipe do Alisa, em especial a Anna que nos deu atenção e suporte desde a reserva até o pós encerramento, ao guia Ian que com conhecimento e bom humor nos mostrou as atrações de Halong Bay e o garçom Dean que nos prestou um atendimento de excelência inclusive percebendo quando não tinha alguma comida que não nos agradava e substituindo por algo do nosso gosto.

9.0Staff was excellent. Rooms were nice and clean, we did get an upgrade which was nice! Tours were fine. Food was excessive and over the top with flavour and presentation. Kitchen staff was talented for sure.
− We went for 3 nights which is unusual since 1 and 2 nights are more common. We had one day that we just relaxed and sat around while the crew worked getting other tours and people on and off. It would have been awesome to go have another option for a beach swim or something else as opposed to staying in the boat. It was nice to watch the scenery, it wasn't terrible but just a comment.

− The family rooms were right next to the kitchen and apparently all smells just came in. Also, the boat stays in the same place, so its not a cruise.

A 24-hour advance registration is required. Guests must provide full name, date of birth, nationality, passport number/ ID number, and Vietnamese visa expiry date for all passengers. Chargeable roundtrip transfer service from Hanoi to Ha Long is available upon request. Pick-up locations are only within the Hanoi's Old Quarter Area, between 7:30 and 08:00. Guests who wish to utilize the service are kindly requested to contact the property directly.
