8.0Very well equipped. Comfy, well decorated with excellent facilities. Clean. Games and puzzles for children. Information about the area. Very good location for restaurants, transport and beach. Altogether an excellent apartment
− Difficult to find parking. Bin area downstairs a bit untidy and smelly. 2 flights of stairs. No lift. No recycling.

10.0Hard to beat the location, and Swanage town and it's gorgeous beach, has something for everyone. Easy to get to other locations like Corfe Castle, Studland Bay, by the frequent and sometimes open top bus service or even a Steam train.

7.0− No parking, endless steps to get to the first entrance and then more steps through tight doors to access flat making bringing luggage in and out a nightmare. The cleaner turned up before we had finished leaving and was extremely rude not even allowing us 5 minutes to finish collecting our belongings and throwing my personal towels and remaining items on to the floor. Poor communication with owners. No response to any correspondence.
