10.0Absolutely fabulous modern apartment with beautiful views of the sea and mountains. Had everything needed for a relaxing stay. Lovely and peaceful. Felt so homely didn't want to leave.

9.0דירה נוחה עם כל מה שצריך לשהות של כמה ימים. הנוף מהמרפסת מקסים. מתחת לדירה 5 דקות הליכה למפרץ קטן. רבע שעה הליכה ברגל למרכז פנורמו. במקרר היה יין ומיץ ומים וזה היה נחמד שדאגו לנו לשתייה. בעלי הדירה היו זמינים לכל שאלה בווטסאפ ובטלפןן.
− הדירה קרובה לכביש הראשי כך ששומעים מכוניות עוברות. קרוב לדירה אזור רעיה לכבשים ושומעים את הכבשים ברקע. לנו זה לא הפריע נהננו מהקולות. כשחפשתי את הדירה בגוגל מפס התבלבלתי בין הדירה הזו לדירה אחרת של אותם בעלי דירות שנמצאת במרכז פנורמו ליד החוף. קצת התאכזבתי ממיקום הדירה שהגישה לחוף פחות נוחה והחוף עם אבנים אך אחריי שהאכזבה עברה נהננו מהנוף מהדירה ומההליכה הקצרה למפרץ הקטן ולטיול על המצוק שמעל הים.

10.0Πεντακάθαρο, ωραία θέα και πολύ ωραίοι χώροι. Επίσης, είχε χυμό κρασί ήσυχο μέρος χωρίς πολλούς τουρίστες και από κάτω στα 100 μέτρα παραλία για άραγμα.
− Το μόνο που δε μου άρεσε είναι ότι είναι λίγο απομονωμένο και λίγο δύσκολο να το βρεις. Δεν έχει ταμπέλα έξω στο δρόμο. Στις οδηγίες να συμπεριληφθεί το όνομα του κτιρίου βίλα Βικάκι κάτι τέτοιο.

9.0A szállásadó kedvessége, gyors reagálása, hogy az elromlott lefolyót azonnal javította. A hálószoba csodaszép.
− A fürdőszoba felújításra szorul. A szaniterek zöldek a korrodálódás miatt, a csempe gusztustalan.
Perfect place
10.0The place was very clean and very well equipped. Each room has its own air-conditioning unit. The kitchen is wide with a large fridge. The staff was always available for help when needed. The owner Mrs. Christina was so warm and welcoming and made us feel at home from the first minute. Great sea view with a wide porch to sit and relax. The apartment is close to the village, only two minutes drive and there you can find supermarkets and lovely places to sit for beer or a meal. We loved the idea of being close to the big cities (Rethymno and Chania) but far enough to have peace and quiet. It was heavenly to wake up at morning with the singing birds.
Good to know
Starting January 1, 2024, a new Greek tax was introduced which is called the “Climate Crisis Resilience Charge,” requiring a fee of €10 per night from March to October and €4 per night from November to February. The amount needs to be paid in cash or by card upon your arrival at the villa.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
