Not the greatest place to stay in Grandforks
4.0The big tv and large fridge in your room
− My room stunk like bleach the entire time, couldn’t breath properly and sleep because of this strong odour. I addressed problems with management and they did nothing to correct

4.0− I got 5 bed bug bites. Bed covered in hair.
The staff was very nice but the stay was very disappointing.
3.0Skipped breakfast. Location not bad
− Hall and room smelled of paint. The air conditioner has a space above it that you can see outside. There was no coffee maker, drink glasses, phone or chair. The hallway door opened against our room door. In the morning the smell of tar was very strong. The WiFi was very poor.
