9.0La posizione a due passi dalla spiaggia La Teresitas è il punto forte della struttura. Il piccolino paesino di San Andres è un luogo tranquillo e lontano dal caos del sud dell'Isola. Parcheggi disponibili su strada vicino alla struttura.
− Migliorerei solo gli infissi della verandina esterna, che sono vecchiotti e rumorosi col vento durante la notte se si decide di lasciare un pò aperto per dormire freschi.

8.0La posizione, a soli dieci minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia e sopra ad un supermercato sempre aperto, e diversi ristoranti. Appartamento molto pulita e dotato di tutti i comfort(a/c, asciugacapelli, ferro da stiro e lavatrice, WI-FI), in un piccolo condominio molto silenzioso con ascensore. Abbiamo anche trovato una bottiglia di vino offerta al nostro arrivo, cosa molto gradita, e due cialde di caffè. Check in autonomia molto comodo, si ritirano le chiavi già in aeroporto, ma staff sempre presente (via email o telefono) per qualsiasi necessità. Buona la disponibilità di parcheggio se avete un’auto.

− Bei starkem Wind klappern und pfeifen die Fenster.Das stört nachts sehr bei schlafen.

8.0Schöne kleine Wohnung mit Blick auf das Meer. Die Straße stört nicht wirklich. Alles sauber, Ausstattung gut. Wirkt wie eine Airbnb Wohnung. Der wunderschöne Strand in 5 Minuten zu Fuß und auch viele sehr nette Restaurants.
− Etwas nervig sind die vor San Andres liegenden Schiffe, welche die ganze Zeit laute Geräusche fabrizieren. Der Kontakt mit der Wohnung läuft über einen weiteren Anbieter, Top Kanaren. Recht aufwendig muss man alle möglichen Daten durchgeben inklusive Kreditkarte, von der auch noch eine Kaution eingezogen wird. Die Schlüsselübergabe ist am anderen Ende der Insel. Warum richtet man nicht einfach einen Schlüsselsafe vor Ort ein. Das war mit viel Zeit und zahlreichen Mails verbunden. Fas Team von Top Kanaren ist aber sehr freundlich.

10.0The ocean view in front of the room is spectacular. There is a small SPAR just around the apartment where you can buy food. Local seafood restaurants and ice cream stores nearby are also excellent. The room facing the road is a bedroom, but the noise was not as bad as I expected.
− Unfortunately, the lift was out of order the day I arrived, making it difficult to lift suitcases up the stairs. However, it was quickly repaired and I was able to go down easily on the check-out day. I had no idea how to use the kitchen fan at first. It would be helpful to have a label or instructions such as “pull here.”
