10.0清潔感があり、ドライヤーなどの設備も良いものが揃っており、快適でした！ スタッフの方も皆さま親切で、今回子連れ旅でしたが、それを考慮した対応をしてくださいました。 中途半端な時間が余ってどうしようかと話していたらLINEでオススメのカフェを教えてくださり、タイミング良すぎてびっくりでした😊 ホテルの雰囲気や高岡の「あお」にちなんだカードなどの印刷物、1階のカフェ…全部がおしゃれ！ 町の人とのふれあいも含め、とても良い旅行になりました。

Super friendly people and great location.
9.0Location was close to the local train station and had tram and bus services nearby. The staff were really friendly and knowledgeable about the local area; you could tell they were really passionate about their town. A decent sized room and comfortable beds.

− ・冷蔵庫に前の宿泊者の飲み物がそのまま置いてあったところ ・チェックインの説明に15分程度取られたこと。他のホテルとの差別化を図るという点では良いかもしれないが、遠方から来たほうからすると早く休みたい、そこまで求めないので早く終わってほしかった。 ・部屋や布団が暑くて夜中寝づらかったこと。チェックアウトの際に床暖房のスイッチを見つけた。それならチェックインの際に説明すべき。 ・書店を改装していて気密性が全くなく、車や路面電車の音がうるさかった。
