− The staff over Valley Homz told me that there isn't any booking in my Name. This was a shocker, as I was on the way to Kasauli, reaching there in next two hours with my family. And I didn't had a place to stay. Made an alternate arrangement via Agoda, and the people over there helped me and ensured that I have a good hotel ready by the time I reached there.
