9.0Fast alles vorhanden. Geräumig. Schöne Aussicht aus der oberen Etage. Gute Lüftungsmöglichkeiten. Gefrierschrank vorhanden. Angebot, den Aussengrill zu nutzen.
− Matratzen in der Stube durchgelegen. Duschvorhang über der Badewanne zu lang. CH-Adapter für Kaffeemaschine fehlt. Keine Mokka. Eine Kochplatte heizt nicht. Bettwäschenzwang 25 SFr / Person ist Kostentreiber. Sehr wenig Angaben über die Ausstattung auf den Buchungsseiten. Ein paar Investitionen wären schön - z.B. Neues Kochfeld. Neue Matratzen in der Stube. Preiserhöhung zum letzten Jahr für was?

7.0Der Schlüssel muss im Tourismusbüro ein ganzes Stück weiter weg abgeholt werden. Die Unterkunft wurde frisch renoviert und ist sehr gepflegt.
− Leider wurde bei der Renovation die Küche und eine kleinere Version verwandelt dadurch ist eher eine Teeküche entstanden. Deren Ausstattung ist wirklich ziemlich mager geraten. Da wir täglich mehrmals selber kochen, war dies nicht wirklich praktisch. Der Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus ist zwar schön muss aber bei Schnee selbst geräumt werden.

10.0Everything was nice and clean. We had everything we needed. House was spacious, and yea its true that the second room with 2 beds (ig for childern) are next door at hallway. Location was on hill but perfectly close to lake.
− There was few spiders, and we felt a bit cold.
Excellent base for a relaxing family holiday! Scharwzsee is a hidden gem in the Swiss Alps.
10.0The location of the appartment was ideal : we didn't have to use the car for the whole week and could access the various walks from the appartment. The appartment was well equipped and the view was fantastic.
− Nothing. Or only the old-fashion decorative curtains - they were hiding the view rather than framing it!

7.0Decent size, location, good value for money
− The second bedroom is not within the apartment. It is a separate locked room within a hallway within a house with 2 other apartments. Therefore with young children not ideal as you cannot lock doors or they would have to use key to get in and out to use toilet over night. Not described when booking, this would have been nice to know prior.
