Very nice recently renovated apartment in the centre of Hoylake. Comfortable and clean.

− There was no pan in the kitchen to cook food, which was only a slight issue, however when we asked the hosts they did not respond for our whole trip. Then the flusher in the toilet stopped working and we still couldn't get hold of them. Disappointing after what was otherwise a very positive experience.

Lovely Flat, Great Location

The location of the flat is fantastic, especially if you intend to explore the Wirral and surrounding areas by train.

− More attention to the finer details required in order to make it a truly 5* experience.

− It turns out that the photos were a mixture of two different apartments. Huge clock on walk with no battery.no on instructions how to operate anything. Absolutely no draw or hanging space for clothes bar one coat hook this hangers which were inadequate A dishwasher was advised but not there. Great mirror in bedroom but no sockets anywhere near for hairdryer etc. hairdryer was listed but not present Wide angled lenses were used for photos. The actual living room was about 8 ft wide and kitchen area 6 ft including cabinets. So glad that only two of us shared as four would have been very fraught

Small but perfect

It was small but perfectly formed. Everything you would need for a short stay. The beds are comfortable and the fact there are two bathrooms is much needed bonus. The kitchen had everything you needed, even a washing machine which we didn’t expect. The location is great for takeout, shopping and public transport access. Great stay for my small family.

− The only thing I would say is there wasn’t a dustpan and brush/anything to pick up small crumbs/dust off the kitchen floor. As we were there for a few days it would have been handy. But this is very small suggestion not what we didn’t like as such.
