− The owners never provided the check in information despite my repeated requests. I contacted booking.com and because i am a genuis +3 member was able to talk to actual customer service people, who tried to contact the owners but got no response. Our trip was ruined, we had to cancel important plans with friends and the owners have not refunded our money.

Disappointing and Deceiving
4.0− Beware this is not the four bedroom home that they advertise it to be. It is a home that has been split into two separate apartments and they keep the stairway connecting the two locked. Meaning if you have guests staying in all four bedrooms one guest will be isolated downstairs in a separate apartment that they cannot access from inside. The only was to access the fourth bedroom is by walking outside and down uneven stairs which can be hazardous. When trying to communicate with the host about having the inside connecting stairway unlocked for access to the whole house (since I rented what they say is a 4 bedroom house) they did not respond quickly. They actually ignored my first inquiry and then stopped responding all together. This should not be rented out as a whole house and I never would have rented it if I knew it was two separate apartments.

− It could use some replacement or cleaning on some of the soiled rugs and furniture and shower stall.
