Wee but hopefully can increase on sound profing in the room and the refrigerator is dan noisy

− The refrigerator is too noisy whole night, and the bed is near to the refrigerator. Then every 1-2 hours has a big “ Tiak Tiak” sound, can’t even sleep whole night

9.0We had a wonderful stay here. The staff were welcoming and helpful. Even though we checked in quite late, around 9 PM, they greeted us nicely, explained everything about our stay, and even helped my friend carry her luggage to our room. The staff thoughtfully brought the drinks and Japanese snacks directly to our room after we checked in, which was a very nice touch. The room was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well equipped with everything we needed, including toiletries. I also appreciated that the property was Muslim friendly, as they provided a prayer mat and indicated the Qibla direction in the room. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, making it easy to get a good night’s sleep.
− There wasn’t really anything I disliked about the property, just couple of suggestions based on my personal preferences. The bathroom and toilet use kinda like frosted glass. Although we were staying with friends (same gender), we still felt a little self-conscious when using the bathroom, as we weren’t completely sure how much could be seen from outside. Having a bit more privacy would make the room even more comfortable. Another point is that the room felt a little compact. I understand that this is part of the Japanese-style design, and I actually love the overall concept and atmosphere. It would be wonderful if the same beautiful concept could be offered in a slightly larger room to provide a bit more space for guests.
