9.0Location is good, very quiet, it's near the lake so the ducks came up, I even saw a turtle in the water. The pictures does not do any justice, the house was decorated amazingly and very comfortable. There was plenty of room for four adults. we went to salt river on one of the days, so if you can go check that out. Ac worked very well the whole time we where there, it actually got cold in the house at times, great for those hot summer days.
− Gate around pool which makes it hard if your barbequing, floors need to be replaced, the jacuzzi did not get hot, there are tv's in common areas except for bedrooms I wish there was, people still like to watch tv before bed or just relaxing in the bedroom. Not many cooking tools, so if your gonna cook you will have to bring your own tools to use. there is only one bathroom to share among the three extra bedrooms upstairs.
