No showers
6.0Right in Llandovery town .
− Regrettably, the shower was broken and a plumber arrived within an hour to fix it. Which was a fantastic response. However, they couldn’t do it. We were given access to another property with a working shower. Unfortunately, I couldn’t use it for my grandchildren because there wasn’t a place for me to wait while they showered and it wasn’t safe to leave them alone. So for a weekend away really wasn’t the best and definitely wasn’t value for money . The beds were all clean and fresh. Unfortunately, the dust and spider webs around weren’t. We moved the sofa to find a toy my grandchild had lost. I think that was the first time they’d been moved as there was rubbish and muck underneath that clearly hadn’t been cleaned for quite some time . The kitchen had been wiped over but not cleaned as the freezer was full of frost and left over food . Think that if they had a better check list of cleaning between guests would work better . with some gentle cleaning it would be a much more comfortable place to stay .

4.0It's a good accommodation to stay for a few days. Clean, modern and good looking, you have everything you need. Very accessible and a nice place.
− The Customer Service is pretty much unhelpful, so I hope you do not encounter any issues in your stay. Also, the owner is in the business just for your money. Hope you do not have problems, he won't actually help you; he will make it your problem.
