− Que existia un problema bastante grave, al emerger aguas fecales de uno de los baños, aunque no se utilizase, ya que al poner la lavadora, el lavavajillas o la griferia de la cocina emergian dichas aguas, con el consiguiente hedor que se extendía al resto de la vivienda. El desinterés total por parte de la empresa Kostas y su nula gestión en cuanto a dar una solucion a dicho problema ya que incluso no enviaron a nadie, por lo menos ver el problema existente. El ultimo wassap que he recibido de la citada empresa, es que se disculpan, porque la solución no dependía únicamente de ellos ya que ellos según afirman, son meros intermediarios con el dueño de la vivienda. Resulta muy curioso, que precisamente en el baño donde se encuentra el problema, se encuentran detrás del inodoro uno caja de producto específico para arquetas, lo cual parece indicar, que dicho problema aparece de forma recurrente. Adjunto foto al tal efecto.
